As every year in the lead-up to MIPIM, the Deco-Flamme teams are already on site in Cannes. Right now, we are in the middle of installing tents and event structures on several iconic beaches along the Croisette.
For this year’s edition, our teams are working on five major beaches: Copal Beach, Vega La Plage, the Martinez Beach, the Festival Beach, and Mandala Beach. These venues host numerous events, professional meetings, and receptions organized alongside the main exhibition.
MIPIM (Marché International des Professionnels de l’Immobilier) is one of the world’s leading real estate events. Each year in Cannes, it brings together thousands of investors, developers, architects, local authorities, and major industry players from around the world to exchange ideas, present projects, and shape the cities of tomorrow.
Beyond the Palais des Festivals, many meetings and events also take place on the private beaches of the Croisette, which are transformed for the occasion into vibrant networking and reception spaces.
For several years, Deco-Flamme has been supporting Cannes’ beach venues in preparing for this key international event. Our expertise in the design and installation of tents, structures, marquees and pergolas, event space planning, and the creation of bespoke décor (thanks to our in-house carpentry and upholstery workshops), as well as furniture rental, sound and lighting equipment, and plant rental, allows us to create spaces that are both elegant and functional, perfectly suited to the requirements of this international gathering.
The installation of these structures represents a real logistical challenge each year: coordinating teams, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting to the specific constraints of a seaside environment. Thanks to the experience of our teams and our knowledge of the locations, we are proud to contribute to the success of this major event.
With only a few days to go before MIPIM opens, the installations are taking shape on the beaches of Cannes, and the excitement is already building.
